Booking Policy: At Hot Shots Hockey, we're committed to providing you with a seamless and enjoyable booking experience. Please review our booking policy to ensure a smooth process: 1) Reservation Confirmation: - All reservations are confirmed upon receipt of payment. - Bookings are considered tentative until payment is received. - A confirmation email will be sent upon successful booking. 2) Payment: - Full payment is required to secure your reservation. - We accept online payments through our secure platform. 3) Booking Modifications: - Changes to the reservation date or time are subject to availability. - Modifications must be requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled booking. 4) Group Bookings: For group bookings, please contact our team for personalized assistance. 5) Arrival Time: - Please arrive with enough time to get geared up before your session. You know how long it takes to get suited up. - Late arrivals will result in a shortened playing time. 6) Equipment Rental: - There will be no equipment rental service available. Please come prepared with all your own gear. Cancellation Policy: We understand that plans can change, and we aim to accommodate your needs. Please familiarize yourself with our cancellation policy: 1) Cancellation Period: - Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled booking time to receive a full refund. 2) Refunds: - Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. - Cancellations made within 48 hours of the booking will not be eligible for a refund. 3) No-Show Policy: - Failure to arrive without prior cancellation will result in the forfeiture of the booking fee. 4) Weather-Related Cancellations: - In the event of facility closure due to weather conditions, a full refund or rescheduling option will be provided. 5) Cancellation Process: - To cancel or modify a booking, please contact our customer support team via email (service@hotshots-hockey.com).
